Please allow up to 2 working days for your order to be dispatched and a maximum of 2 working days for delivery from the dispatch date. We will email you if there are any delays. Please note that deliveries will not be made on weekends or public holidays. All orders are shipped from Wellington, New Zealand.

International Shipping

All international can take up to 5 working days for delivery after dispatch.

Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only – delays caused by the customs clearance processes are out of our control.

For international orders: import duty, customs fees, and local sales taxes (levies) may be charged to you by the destination country’s authorities (depending upon the laws and regulations of that country). ASTRA is not responsible for custom duty charges. Payment of these levies may be necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.

Lost or damaged items

If a package does not arrive, or it arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days from confirmation of dispatch. We are not liable and will not replace or pay compensation for loss of, or damage to items we send if the loss or damage is a result of an event beyond our reasonable control. Or if the items are seized by customs or any other government agency. Items that are lost or damaged are covered subject to the NZ Consumer Guarantees Act 1998.

ASTRA will exchange or refund any item purchased through (with the exception of SALE items) within 14 days from the date of shipment. Items received outside of this period will not be accepted. All exchanges are subject to availability. This includes the repair or replacement of all goods that are classified as faulty after assessment. If we cannot replace or repair your item, we will refund you the cost of the item including shipping costs.

Returned products should include all of its packaging in an undamaged state–as this is considered part of the product. We do not refund initial shipping charges for items returned, other than for faulty items. Your own return postage costs are not refundable.

ASTRA is not liable for the loss of the products whilst being returned. We recommend using a traceable delivery method.

Returns Procedure

If you would like to return or exchange your purchase for any reason, please follow the returns procedure below.

1. Fill in on a piece of paper your name, address, reason for returning and statement of whether you are after a refund or what item you would like in exchange.

2. Using a courier company of your choice, please send your return back to us at:

Instore returns

The above policy only applies to the ASTRA Online Store. Our retailers are unable to accept returns on items purchased online. Similarly, purchases made at one of our retailers cannot be returned to the Online Store.

Waterproof Guarantee

Each ASTRA product comes with a guarantee that the item is waterproof, which is valid for a year from the date of shipment.

If your item appears to have failed this waterproof guarantee, please contact us at to organise a repair.

Please note: To receive this warranty, proof of purchase will be required.

International Returns

For all international returns, the customer is liable for the return fee to ASTRA for all requested refunds, credits or exchanges.
