Shipping and Refund
You should allow approximately 3 – 14 business days for in stock items after we receive your full payment. ASTRA reserves the right to substitute another carrier of equal or lesser cost to deliver your order.
In accordance with New Zealand export regulations, we are required to declare the exact value of all items and identify the order as dutiable “merchandise”. We are also prohibited by law from identifying an order as a “gift” for export purposes, even if a customer has placed the order with the intention of delivery to a gift recipient.
If ASTRA cannot deliver your order within the period specified in your Shipping Confirmation Email then ASTRA will endeavour to contact you and you may choose to cancel your order and receive a full refund.
If you unreasonably defer delivery or delay the receipt of delivery after the shipping provider has notified you that they have tried to deliver the ordered items to you, or if you have provided them with an incorrect delivery address which results in an unsuccessful delivery, the delivery package will be returned to ASTRA. ASTRA may not have to refund your payment.
